What are your unit prices?

What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
- For initial orders, the minimum order quantity is 24 puplids.
- For reorders it's 12 puplids.
What kind of file type should my custom design be?
- Custom images should be high resolution and preferably in vector format, such as Adobe Illustrator. If not possible, PNG or JPG.
- Wider designs tend to work better than taller ones.
What decoration methods do you offer for the foam trucker hats?
- Heat Transfer Vinyl - Best for solid shapes. There is no limit on detail or color if the overall shape is solid.
- Direct to Film (DTF) - Best for more intricate designs or smaller text, which may extend the delivery time by one week.
Do you provide mockups?
We provide free digital mockups.
How many of each size should I buy?
Suggested size distribution for initial orders that have worked for others:
- XXS: 10%
- XS: 20%
- S: 20%
- M: 20%
- L: 20%
- TH (Matching Human Hat): 10%
*Alongside the PupLids, 20% of wholesalers purchase matching human hats. We would recommend stocking five best-selling sizes (XXS, XS, S, M, L) and leaving out Tiny and XL until you are comfortable expanding the selection.
Are there any setup charges?
Artwork Setup Fee is $40 to establish each unique design on our system. Full color and design scaling are included.
Shipping
What kind of turnaround time do you have?
The first order of a new design takes about a week to set up as we do some test prints with it. Once the order is placed and is paid, we typically ship in two weeks or less.

Domestic shipping from Oceanside, CA
Do you offer Expedited Order Fulfillment?
Yes, depending on availability, order complexity and quantity - 3 to 7 business days to ship for a 10% surcharge.
What happens if there are delays?
If your order includes both in-stock items and backordered items, we will ship the available products first. The backordered items will be shipped separately when they become available. Please note there may be delays due to factors outside our control.
How do backorders work?
Backorders require full payment when you place the order, subject to any discounts offered. The estimated delivery date will be provided, and while we endeavor to ship backordered items as soon as they are available, delays may happen. If timeline for delivery changes, you will be notified by PupLid via email.
What happens if my order includes both in-stock and preorder or backorder items?
If your order contains both in-stock items and those available on backorder, we will ship the in-stock items immediately. The backordered items will be shipped in a separate package as soon as they become available. This ensures you receive your products as efficiently as possible.
For Printers
Can you include tester products for printers/embroiderers?
Yes, we would be happy to include tester products for printers and embroiderers. Please reach out to wholesales@puplid.com with your order number when you make your first order, and we'll make sure to include the tester products for you.

Other
Where can I sell my hats?
Custom-designed PupLids and Name Drop PupLids can be sold on any e-commerce site, but PupLid designs can only be sold in your retail store or at in-person events.
What is your policy for self-promo?
For self promotion deals, we waive the custom artwork setup fee ($40) and lower the MOQ to24 hats.
